today, was huge day for us. first day of a 6 day process of making this record.
we had the incredibly honor of having the very talented Paul Mabury on drums, Adrian Walther on bass, and Peter Groenwald on keys.
every song continues to grow into it’s own feel and space on the record, and i find myself continually pinching myself….. making sure this is all real. ;)
honestly, you have no idea how much you all have blessed me in your support and love in this project that has allowed me to make this record, and seriously see my dream come to life. gahhhh, i just dont have enough words to say how thankful i am….. so thank you.

some days…
today is just one of “those” days. you know what i’m talking about…. where everything just seems to domino into a big mess of sorts. well today is one of those for me. one of those where i wish i could just curl up next to Jesus and have a good long talk about life. i imagine that to be just what i need.
oh, my Jesus. my soul longs for you.
And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. -Philippians 4:8

What a whirrlllllllllllll wind of things since i’ve written last.
just to quickly catch you up to speed.
i went on vacation with josh and his family. we hit all the great things if Arizona and near. Flagstaff, Sedona, Jerome, Vegas, Phoenix. we saw it all :)
i’ve been writing for a worship recording i’ll be recording in January. I started a kickstarter to fund the project and i’m very excited to say that it’s reached the goal! So a record will be made! For now there’s been a lot of writing sessions, a lot of vision conversations with the producer i’m working with….. and a lot of praying. :) I’m all-together nervous and excited. If you’re the praying kind…. i would love some prayer support in this journey.
I was in a pretty intense car-wreck almost 2 weeks ago, now. Undoubtedly, the scariest moment of my life so far. The silver lining of the whole thing… was that i was even more convinced of God’s incredible love, and provision and calling on my life. He makes all things work for our good, right? sure does. That’s something i just have to make sure i remember, that God has already overcome any foe that may stand in the way of his plan for me. john 16:33.
so now, there’s a lot to move through, file, process, and work out… but i know that God has this all in his hands and he is in it all.
what’s next?
on the horizon….. christmas, my birthday, new years
and in that order, as a matter of fact.
-christmas is coming up and that means i’ll be eating a lot of food at my parents house, and i’ll be able to put my creative talents and o.c.d. to good use by wrapping gifts.
-the big 2 5.
i think i thought life would look so different at 25 but, i wouldnt change a thing. i can honestly say that i’m happier then i’ve ever been. so to that, i’m happy to be here, soon to be 25 and i am sincerely living with a passion for my life.
and to the man who stand beside me,
thank you for everything. you inspire me everyday.

In the spirit of the holiday season, i just wanted to give a little something back to you! Here’s an update to fill you all in on the process so far. As well as find a reason to capitalize on my italian heritage and talk with my hands way to much! ha … PLUS! my gift to you, a live version of O Come, O Come, Emmanuel for your listening pleasure :)
With only 12 days left in the campaign, it’s getting down to the wire. We are so very close to the goal! How exciting! As i mentioned, $4,000 is the bare bones for this project, which unfortunately, still doesn’t cover all recording costs pressing cd’s, promo’s, or any of the extra stuff. The harsh reality is everything combined is more in the $6-7,000 world. :/ So anything above and beyond truly is a huge blessing to help out.
Please know, I am sincerely grateful, for what you all have already accomplished. It’s been an incredible journey so far… and i’m so excited to see what the Lord has in store.
If you are thinking of donating: even $10 would do so much, plus it would be wonderful to get the record out to as many people as possible!
